Toronto based indie rock concert photographer Ken McDowell is organizing a Concert. All proceeds from this Rock Concert Event will benefit The Regent Park School of Music, an independent, non-profit community music school with a mandate to provide a safe and secure environment where inner-city kids can participate in an affordable music program.
